Basically you are a salesman, repair technician, diagnostic technician, financing marketer, IT support, cold caller and security. No room for advancement, for this particular franchise, ownership simply valued longevity so once management was burnt out and left they simply promoted who had been there the longest not who is actually more qualified or brings more value to the workplace.
