Workload can be overwhelming Ownership is slow to hire Work Ethic of Staff can Vary Management is Apathetic Scheduling is fairly strict with little room for adjustment Pay is very low for what a technician is responsible for. Basically you are a salesman, repair technician, diagnostic technician, financing marketer, IT support, cold caller and security. No room for advancement, for this particular franchise, ownership simply valued longevity so once management was burnt out and left they simply promoted who had been there the longest not who is actually more qualified or brings more value to the workplace.

Franchise standards just don’t ensure employees have any security at all. Buisness goes down? Fire staff. Goes back up? Work staff that stayed more
