Pros
The people are nice and easy to work with. The benefits, pay, and holidays are all pretty good......especially these days. Bonuses are usually given annually if metrics are met and the annual raise is pretty standard. Safety seems to be important to them and they really have a vision for where they are going in the industry.
Cons
Some departments are better than others when it comes to managers. Most seem to be pretty good or at least tolerable but this is left to interpretation. There are a lot of people who have been there for decades. This is good because they have a lot of knowledge to pass on. On the other hand, it is bad! They are behind the times when it comes to doing things and are inflexible when introducing change. You have A LOT of "this is how it has always been done". Their processes could be significantly more efficient if everyone was trained better.
