Pros
Interaction with most of my co-workers was easily some of the best I'd ever enjoyed. An easy going, casual atmosphere Excellent benefits (other than medical), retirement, as well as wellness benefits were some of the best I'd ever had. Flexible hours, within reason, as well as liberal time off Very helpful HR and support staff
Cons
Lack of advancement Pigeonholing Medical benefits are subpar The company professes a commitment to innovation, but don't provide an atmosphere conducive to it; as a result they are bit behind on technological advancement. Compensation was fair, but nothing to get really excited about. Middle management shake-ups make it difficult to know who is reporting to whom about what... Poor project management often left local middle managers holding the ball on implementation as well as project management duties A great deal of communication issues arise from having a majority of the development community based in a foreign country.
