Pros
The only positive I can come up with is that if you absolutely can not find another company to pay for your CDL training they will. Beware that if you go to their school it isn't really free. They will take money out of your check until the schooling is paid for with interest no less. If you go thru another driving school that they work with, your tuition will be paid in full.
Cons
When you show up you will sit and wait on a trainer. my wait was a week in a hotel with no refrigerator,microwave or decent priced restaurant near by. There isn't a store or gas station you can get food at either. Two of the guys i was there with waited about 2 weeks. When your trainer finally shows up you take off, i know one guy that got in the truck and didn't get home for 6 months. I was lucky enough to get a dedicated route that would have got me home one day a week except we had to take a class on our 7th day that wasn't paid. After training I teamed with another driver and we were supposed to get 2 days off a week, which turned into one because it was evening before they would let us come back then we would have to drive 2 hrs home. We ran our truck around the clock for 5.5 days a week and only made about 450 a week. After i decided I had enough and left, the driver i teamed with stayed and only cleared $300 in 6 days.
