Business Outlook
Pros
Strong company with many benefits. Health care, dental etc is great. Lots of room for advancement in varies departments. Yes is family owned and they do there best to meet the needs of employees.
Cons
Most of departments are understaffed. Which means they demand more out of the employees that are there. Vary rarely is the shown appreciation for work done above and beyond the scope of your job description. I worked here for many years and enjoyed my job. But when they want you gone they find anyway to do that. MIddle management has full control of firing under any circumstances. So there really is no sense of job security. Hard work and going the extra mile goes with out.
