      - Provide new trucks and cycle out after 3-4 years or 500,00 miles, which ever comes first - Driver Manager I had was great

      Cons

      - When your on Dedicated, your route is not guaranteed to stick around for longer than 2-3 years. Long enough for you to get your food in the door, comfortable, and then then you might get picked up by another fleet. If not, they will find reasons to cut you from the company
