      good internal, operational systems. Many employees are dedicated, loyal, and work hard.

      Cons

      heavy workload, family run company with many in acting leadership positions. glass ceiling. take advantage of drivers. PLEASE do NOT lease a truck from them. OK to be a company driver but do NOT lease..hard to be successful.
