Pros

Great culture with highly skilled and passionate people. Employee development is highly encouraged and ample opportunities are provided to build and refine your skills. You get exposure to a lot of different security technologies. The company has two core principles to “always do what is best for the customer” and “don’t do things that suck” that appear to be exemplified by all staff I have encountered thus far. Leadership is consistent and clear with their direction for the company and the individuals that work here.

Cons

As with any consulting firm, the work is fast paced so you are expected to hit the ground running and be quick on the uptake. It’s not a lifestyle for everyone, but I personally don’t have any issues with it.

Thank you for your loyalty and for sharing such candid feedback. We're glad to hear that strong management and career growth have been consistent positives in your experience. The concerns around organization, documentation, and cross-departmental communication are valid and ones we're working to improve. We appreciate you continuing to show up and contribute while we do that work. Thank you for being part of the Critical Crew!
