Pros
The culture here is fantastic. Talent Management has taken steps to find and retain great people, and is continuously looking to continue to grow engagement -- an example is the recent introduction of a mentoring program. A culture of extreme ownership pervades the organization. In conversations across all levels of the company, people own problems and find solutions. I've had several conversations with my direct supervisor in which we both found opportunities for improvement, owned our mistakes, and drove improvements.
Executive leadership is engaged and receptive to ideas. It's not uncommon to see the CEO and other C-level executives in the break room talking to and soliciting ideas from individual contributors.
As you walk around the office, you get a sense that the people like being here and who they work with. Sidebar and water-cooler conversations are plenty, and overwhelmingly positive. The people here are the absolute best.
Cons
Some may not be able to handle the pace. Things move fast around here, but if you're able to respond quickly shouldn't be an issue.
With rapid growth comes some growing pains.
