1yThank you for sharing your feedback. Our leave policy is designed to ensure fairness and alignment with tenure while maintaining productivity. To support new joiners and exits, SL and CL are provided on a pro-rata basis from the date of joining.
Additionally, while the Maharashtra S and E Act caps CL at 8 per year, we offer 12 as an added benefit. Our PL allowance of 18 days also exceeds the market standard of 15.

Update: This policy was just updated today (3/20/25) to an additional 28 work from home days per year. In addition, our Pune office has a hybrid model with every Monday and Friday as remote days, There is also opportunities to work remotely during Diwali, New Year's and others holiday and celebrations with manager approval.
