To support new joiners and exits, SL and CL are provided on a pro-rata basis from the date of joining. Additionally, while the Maharashtra S and E Act caps CL at 8 per year, we offer 12 as an added benefit. Our PL allowance of 18 days also exceeds the market standard of 15.
