We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding micromanagement and onboarding. However, we have implemented a structured Induction program for all new hires who have joined us since November 2024 including our most recent joiners and we also did Townhall for all employees transitioning to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience. Additionally, there have been some changes in workplace culture since the Security Engineering Manager joined, including efforts to improve clarity, team performance and collaboration within the team.
We recognize the importance of ongoing leadership development and are committed to continuously strengthening our people processes to better support and empower every team member.
