      management is by far the biggest con pertaining to this dept. It is completely absurd.

      Pros

      The training was decent. They have dorms to stay in while training. You can work doing shuttle driving while waiting for actual truck driving training to start.

      Cons

      Hard to find a team mate. Not a very good selection of trainers. You have to team drive your first few months almost all accounts are for teams.
