Pros
Since being employed here, and working in the area I chose, I feel my contributions to the company have greatly increased, as I've been allowed to perform with more "lead way" and that some of my ideas for improvement have been utilized to enhance our department's abilities.
Cons
In fairness, yes we need drivers to sustain and grow the company, but I also feel that due to retention necessity, drivers have actually been given more "power" which some have used to manipulate the company in to bending to their wants and have actually "gotten away" with more than they should, that they are not being held accountable for their actions, some to the point of actually lying about things that have occurred or ben said in order to keep themselves out of trouble
