Pros

located where many people can easily commute to flexible work hours (most of the time) good pay. some truly wonderful people

Cons

several years ago there was executive management change for IT. The new executive for IT believes he is the smartest guy in the room, if you disagree with him, you are wrong and he will tell you as much, shortly after that you may also no longer be employed here. Additional layers of management have been added these extra layers do not have the ability to give direction, lead, or even answer simple questions. We have spent 2 years thrashing with no direction, leadership, or even explanations of what should be done. The first level managers are slowly being ejected in favor or managers that were part of the executives old group of managers, and each of them so far is not able to do the job that the person who held there position previously was able to do. advice to anyone reading this, wait 2-3 years before looking here. management will change we have seen it 3-4 times over the last 10 years. I will write another update at that point.

Pros

I am grateful for the resources and vendor relationships that Mobilitas provides. They help me work faster and more efficiently as a Commercial Casualty Adjuster. I also appreciate that the company supports the use of AI, which helps make our work easier and more efficient.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement have become more limited over the past year. It feels like there is not a clear or effective path to move into leadership. The current leadership programs do not feel very helpful or are not geared toward claims roles. It can also feel like staying in the same position for a long time before being seriously considered for promotion.
