Leadership has been in constant turnover for many years. Changes to processes, staff, and organizational structure are CONSTANT, leaving employees confused and overwhelmed. People are constantly in fear of losing their jobs. CSAA used to have a proud policy of not laying people off. They always found another position for employees. Now even the brightest and most experienced employees are tossed away.
