Pros
The front-line employees are the best. It is amazing they contribute as they do considering the obstacles of technology and management ineptness.
Cons
Change is the mantra, but is not a discipline. There is no commitment to implementing change. It seems that as soon as one change initiative is announced, senior management are on their way to designing another change initiative that is 180 degrees from the previous. Senior management believes they know best as manage as if they were the parents rather than partners with the employees.
