A great culture celebrating achievement & accomplishment. The collaboration in the lower ranks is genuine. Everyone wants to help you succeed. This is why there are so many employees with tenure well beyond 15 years. No matter how many unsettling departmental restructurings, lower ranked employees collaborate and support each other to survive changes.
Cons
Within the past decade, infusion of new mercenary blood as leaders, prevalent buddy system and unapproachable top heavy hiearchy change the regional Bay Area culture of CSAA-IIB. There have never been so many turnovers of Claims VPs and so much turmoil with each regime. Claims operation centers have their localized translation of policies and govern by harassing staff.
