      Pros

      Benefits, co-workers, supervisors, being "AAA", professional environment. It was great to work there, and great to say you worked for such a respected company.

      Cons

      lack of communication, poor upper management. You had to figure out a lot by trial and error, there was a huge lack of communication, the company had great employees basically up to upper management. From there on up there really seemed to be a lack of caring or concern about the employees
