Pros

I have had the opportunity to work under great supervision, the pay is well, pay, and the co-workers are great people that make the whole environment a slight bit less crazy than it is.

Cons

I am not going to sugar coat anything or try to be professional. I hate working for AAA, never in my life have I ever felt the way I do working for any company. I am a family provider and as a parent I am willing to do what ever it takes to take care of my own, but sometimes I just want to say enough is enought not like anyone at AAA would even care. Nothing at AAA is right, the way everything is changing and nothing is consistent in the way we handle the claims. No wonder why we are losing customers and revenue. I hope that AAA sinks, and I really wish that they see that the reason that it is sinking is because of the poor service the adjusters are able to provide. Remember no matter what the sales reps do or the district offices help the customers do. The CLAIMS ADJUSTERS are the ones that really represent the company. Everything we as claims reps do has that memorable impact on the members, and if we are not able to do our job correctly because of the heavy load put on us that will only allow us to suck as adjusters and those long time members will be quick to switch to heck any company at that point.
