Pros
None anymore. This company used to be great, but in their attempt to keep up with the times, they have completely screwed over the branch level employees. We are looked at like old luggage. They want to convert to a call center business model and completely do away with the personal service culture that once made this company stand out.
Cons
Simply, they just don't care anymore about providing for branch office staff in a way that makes it possible to ever meet quotas or make a decent living. They change the employment contract yearly always for the worse. It is like a sand castle slowly breaking apart with each in coming wave.
