Pros

Incredibly dedicated and hard working customer facing (front line) work force. Many have been laid off and came back in part-time, no benefits, positions. THAT IS DEDICATION!

Cons

President Leadership Team. I have been with CSAA for over two decades, I have seen many changes in leadership and countless attempts to repair aging systems, none as poorly executed as the current PLT. The behavior of these executives cascade down through the organization and continually negatively affect the front line employees and the bottom line. A few years ago all employees "signed on" for a journey of change, no one could have possibly known that it was code for squandering resources, increasing upper level management, moving headquarters closer to the CEO's home and using the involuntary severance program as a means to achieve operating budget goals. If you are looking for a life long career, keep looking, CSAA uses and discards employees at an alarming rate.
