Pros

Decent compensation Newer building in Walnut Creek Work/life balance Ability to work remote Nice cafeteria on site Basically the only nice things don't apply to the job itself

Cons

Management is only concerned with making themselves look good. The politics here halt the ability to move anything forward. Beware of departments that have a lot of people that used to work together because they will form a clique. Bad data warehouses that lack the tools needed to access information easily. C level executives have no clue what is really going on in their department. Vendors aren't held to high enough standards. This is the only job I've ever had where I truly dreaded work each day. If you're a smart and talented person, do NOT take a job here. They could not pay me enough to go back.
