Pros

Benefits are good if you are full time, co workers are wonderful and hard working

Cons

Executive Leadership needs to be REVAMPED. New Leadership structure is in the right direction but why hire all these manager that dont know squat about our industry or business and they are trying to turn us into a retail store. WE ARE A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION not WALGREENS! HIGH TURNOVER! if your looking for a long term career dont look to CSAA, they are moving toward hiring all part timers to avoid paying benefits and good salaries. Central Valley employees took the hardest hit. We were given managers that have no idea of the concept of our business. The company is highly geared toward Gay and Lesbian, Bi sexual or transgendered so if you fit that catagory your in good, more power to you. Get everything you can while they are catering to that group. We used to be the most caring member service organization out there. Now all management thinks about is finding new ways to take the dollar out of the members hands. shame shame shame on all of them!
