Pros
Attempts to create a "fun" environment are apparent.
Cons
Management keeps preaching about CSAA and MSC being one company. This is a complete farce. You have different guidelines, benefits, etc between employees of the supposed same company. The training is atrocious. It is focused on outdated modules that everyone agrees need to be updated or scrapped all together. The ongoing training is a joke when you have people entering "nesting" periods and having "performance coaches" and "floor support" that don't even know their jobs correctly. Want an example? A performance coach in the CA Select side once told a nester than we would honor coverage for an insured that was running a quarter mile speed contest. Instead of taking the MOST knowledgeable people off the phone to assist newer agents, people seem to be taken off that won't effect service levels as much. Add to that people going several minutes without getting a real answer and you leave the good employees covering the slack of everyone else. The answer as to why incompetent people are supporting newer employees? "Everyone should get a chance." This is laughable. Supervisors are overworked to the point they have no time to bond with their teams or provide and real support. I could quite literally go on and on but leadership will see a post like this and say "well you just gave us problems without solutions" Guess what? Its your job to create solutions. Or atleast talk to your best employees that could map out ways to change the atmosphere of mediocrity.
