Pros

New Building; desks have file cabinets that still have their keys. Some of the other grunt employees make the job more fun and interesting than it really is.

Cons

Carefully consider giving up a decent job if you already have one. Remember, that as with all employers, it is made to sound so much better and different than the reality. Favoritism towards certain people is rampant and does not seem to be based on merit but whether or not the manager likes them personally. They are already going through temp agencies to hire their customer service representatives, which can mean they don't want to pay benefits.
