Pros

A Strong brand, tenure-based culture and a strong respect for members & customers make CSAA a firm worth considering as a place to work.

Cons

Senior leadership is incompetent, petty, political and as a result, continues to re-organize every 8 months. If you are a rising star you are singled out for attack by political enemies. Teh constant re-org have everyone protecting their jobs vs. improving the operations and the customer experience. All solid work to improve customer service, increase profits or make the company easy to do business with are delayed by petty politics until all good people leave. Only the mediocre survive and the culture makes it hard to get anything done.
