Pros

AAA NCNU offers an excellent benefits package and a competitive salary. The company is very diverse and encourages employee volunteering within the community.

Cons

The company used to be a great place to work for. Within the last 3 years it has gone through a major transformation, not for the better. Working for IT in Walnut Creek has been the most demotivating experience I've had at AAA. Favoritism plays a big role in all of this. IT management is constantly reorganizing the team and giving opportunities not to those with qualifications, but to those whom they favor. IT used to work together to make progress, now they just work against each other. There is no specific direction, everyone is working to advance their own personal career goals.
