Pros

I Have worked for AAA NCNU Car Care Plus for 9 years now and It has been a great place to work and there is potential for growth within the company. All the employee's that work here are a great group, friendly, personable and honest. My job title and work duties have changed for the better since I first became employed @ AAA CCP. The benefit packages available to all AAA NCNU employee's are first rate and there are very few companies in my field of expertise that offer similar benefits. I would and have recommended working for AAA NCNU to many friends.

Cons

Unfortunately, AAA NCNU is going thru a restructuring again and have decided to eliminate Auto repair from there business plan. They have already closed the Henderson NV and Sacramento CCP locations and Santa Clara is closing real soon. They are however trying to sell the business model and there are potential buyers in place. Will we be picked up in the transition, We do not know at this time. It has been a heart breaker for myself and everybody that is involved with Car Care Plus. We are going to miss it and so will our customers who have recently learned that CCP is closing I just wish that ALL AAA clubs were aligned together so that the employee's that work for AAA CCP had a viable option to relocate to other areas within AAA nationally and continue to work for AAA NCNU There are quite a few employee's that would love the stay working for AAA and Car Care Plus. There are many other CCP's across the States and more being built in AZ and a straight job transfer is not available because there are so many different AAA clubs in the States, which also sets up confusion and frustration for AAA Members because most AAA members do not realize that AAA is not one entity but a collaboration of separate clubs. Why isn't AAA NCNU and AAA AZ one club when part of AAA NCNU like the IT dept. in AZ? Doesn't make sense to me
