      Pros

      CSAA, or AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah is a company very much in the old style. Loyalty to employees runs very high. Some benefits are excellent and there is very much a family atmosphere in many ways.

      Cons

      The biggest downside to the company is the fact that they're living in the past. As a majory insurance company, they have a lot of money and they often spend it foolishly because they don't understand how the world works today. Also, if you're used to a new economy company where things happen quickly, ths definitely isn't the place for you.
