Pros

There are two AAA's, I think - the corporate folks, and the agents/back-end support who make it all happen. The latter are the real heart and soul of this company, and possibly the only reason it still manages to thrive. I have grown to admire, respect - even love these people, for their realness, their no-nonsense attitude, and their tireless work that floats the rest of us!!! Hats of to them, they *are* the heart of AAA.

Cons

My rating was based on my opinion of the corporate staff, because I work most closely with them, and while I think there is opportunity to do good work - it's a bit of a mess.

- Misaligned priorities between IT leadership and executive leadership, creating confusion and slowing decision-making. - Organizational dysfunction and lack of coordination among leadership teams, impacting execution and accountability. - Perceived favoritism and inequitable opportunities, affecting morale, trust, and employee engagement.
