OT for Insurance Agent Lot of exsiting clients to cross sell Paid Advertising

They are always on a witch hunt. Reps are always in fear of losing there jobs. Compensation plan is very confusing and is NEVER black or white. Unrealistic goals Sale... Sale... Sale... then posibly some life. Taking a vacation is almost non-exsistant. Most Insurance Agents are at or right under PTO cap. ( When I left I have 308 hours of vacation) " If you dont got the numbers.. You are NOBODY!!!!"
