Good salary Good location Elaborate off-site/annual meetings

Cons

Overly political environment; people stabbing each other in back to achieve Senior HR Management incompent, plays favorites over top performers You won't be popular with your co-workers unless you socialize with them off hours Ideas aren't examined or applauded on their merits but rather on who's offering them Antiquated, old school, environment, where ppl expect respect merely on their job title or level (VP, etc) and not on their behavior.
