Unrealistic Goals, you will never reach the quota because its actually impossible unless you do lots of overtime and manage things just right. There is a problem however, your success depends on lots of different variables and when one of those variables fails, the whole system fails and you start back at point one again. This happens daily and sometimes ends up with people just blaming each other. Even when it really isn't anyone's fault. Parts are no good, start back over and wait hours, tester fails because their tools are broken, start back over. Etc....start back over, wait hours..All in all, its what you make it, stay strong and positive.
