      Pros

      Management doesn't care about tardiness or skipping days, many workers skip Mondays on a regular basis

      Cons

      Low pay bad ergonomics bad communication on policies pay is based on how many units you push out per hour meaning when units are not coming in it's better to head out for the day and keep your numbers high
