Can’t say I have any complaints so far.
My coworkers are friendly.
Management is approachable and easy to talk to.
The work is straightforward.
Pay is good.
The learning opportunities are endless.
Yeah, so far I’d say it’s been a good ride.
Cons
The only con has been how difficult everything has become since COVID, but that’s the case everywhere so it’s not unique to CSAT.
