      Pros

      CSAT Solutions is a great company to work for to get your foot in the door. I’ve learned a lot from the other technicians in the last 2 years and I’m finally feeling confident in my abilities and in my choice of career. They treat their techs well and I’m hoping to be promoted in the next year or two if everything goes according to plan.

      Cons

      There’s a lot of turnover in some departments. Not really among the techs, but it does create confusion sometimes.
