Relaxed environment - Tester CSAT Solutions Employee Review

I’m a late person, and I’ve struggled my whole life with getting places on time. It feels like I’m literally always 5-10 minutes late everywhere I go. This was the first environment I’d ever worked in that was okay if you were a little late and didn’t judge you too hard. I’d honestly never seen that before, and it made coming to work soooo much easier knowing that I didn’t have to worry if I was a few minutes late. I miss it so much, my new job is a stickler for timing and it affects my job performance and how my employers see me a lot. Here, you never have to worry about that, you can even skip days sometimes and they don’t care as long as you overall get your work done!!
