Hybrid work is available for most positions.

Cons

This company has a history of frequent U.S. layoffs and shifting roles overseas, often without warning, which creates job insecurity. Even as a top performer who consistently delivered results, I received only a 1% raise, largely because I wasn’t in the office three times a week — despite that policy not being in effect until the following year and no other negative feedback on my review. Training programs are inadequate and do not prepare employees for success. Overall, the workload is not aligned with the pay. If you have other career options, I strongly recommend pursuing them.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
