Pros

Flexible, social, friendly, nice office, collaborative

Cons

Micromanagement and a lack of clear communication make it difficult to feel trusted or valued. There’s little follow-through from management on feedback or promised changes, and the culture can feel inconsistent depending on your team. While the office environment and social side are good, progression and transparency are limited.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
