      Pros

      Great friendly culture for an internal legal team. Plenty of support available from such a small scrappy team. While the job can be demanding, I believe it to be balanced well.

      Cons

      There are many brands and a lot of work. Because of that there is a pretty large amount of catch up needed to successfully provide counsel.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
