The company is expanding so rapidly, they haven't accommodated their departments for the increased amount of workload. CSC boasts its "global and growing" status, but is afraid of change and innovation. Too many associates/supervisors that have been with the company since the 80's, and they are stuck in their ways. They don't reward innovative thinkers who demonstrate initiative and have fresh leadership skills (if this is you, this will not be a fulfilling company for you)
