Pros

Health benefits are pretty good. They offer PTO which is nice. There is a gym at the main office in Wilmington. CEO Rod makes himself known and was a pretty nice guy.

Cons

Not family friendly at all, I saved my PTO all year for sick day for my kid and snow days when I couldn't make it to work. My boss was a micro-manager and just didn't want us to work from home so we had to use PTO all the way down to 15 minutes if we left early. Not much room for advancement unless you drink their kool-aide. If you line up exactly to their standards they may advance you, otherwise you are overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. Turn over rate is pretty high. Also there is ZERO communication between departments leaving certain departments to uphold promises that the systems cant handle and doing jobs of other people.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
