      Vacation time, insurance, 401k retirement package.

      Cons

      Hard time getting management to help when being discriminated against. Often told I was difficult because I would be upset when mean comments were made or other team members would take naps during the day. Male co-workers were allowed to take long breaks or not answer phones while female workers were treated differently. Paid salary when it should have been hourly pay. Long hours with no overtime. Male co-workers allowed to say in appropriate comments while management excuses it.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
