Pros

The company is growing rapidly and becoming global, therefore, jobs are always available, work is always available from day to day and growth is steady.

Cons

Company is very flat. There are very few, if any, opportunities to advance or move up. They oftentimes hire management from outside of the company, whom have very little management experience. Management lacks communication to employees. Pay is very low in comparison to the job responsibilities and other companies overall. Employees are often overworked and working endless hours of overtime to get job done because of lack of staff or picking up slack of other employees. I submitted a harassment compliant to HR about another employee and never received a follow up email or call from HR. Very disappointed in the values of the company after that. Favoritism is very evident within inter-department employees or different departments overall.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
