      Pros

      Very team-oriented environment with highly challenging work. Flat organization where opportunities for career growth and development are endless. Individuals can determine the path that they would like their career to take. Collaborative managers who value employee feedback and believe that the person in the job is the one who knows how to do it best. Fast-paced work environment with plenty of opportunity to learn and do new things. Values-based organization of smart and nice people working together towards common goals. Voted a Top Workplace by CSC employees for 5 consecutive years.

      Cons

      Organization is growing very quickly so there are growing pains. Very busy and challenging work environment (which I love) but it can be really difficult to prioritize.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
