Pros

Challenging work with a great deal of autonomy - there are high expections and goals which give me challenge and keep me from feeling stagnant in my job. Benefits and pay are great. Open door policy all the way up to CEO. Great opportunities for professional growth. Strong focus on values and ideals, the vast majority of all employees have great ethics and integrity.

Cons

Sometimes it seems bad behavior is allowed by some that may be perceived by their leader as a high performer. For instance, a customer service representative who is good with clients and generates revenue but leaves bodies in his/her path while doing it. The results can be very damaging to the company culture.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
