Pros

I have worked for large and small companies over the years; I get to have the diverse parts of a role(multi-faceted work, multiple areas of focus) like you would in a small company with the benefits of a big company(career opportunities, great pay and benefits). Plus I love the team atmosphere at CSC! They talk the talk AND walk the walk!

Cons

There are really big expectations of everyone...make sure you are ready to work hard! There is no real down time; every day is full! I could work for 12 hours a day and still not feel I had accomplished everything I needed to do.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
