In my opinion, this is not a good place for women to work. Upper management consists primarily of white men and I don't see that changing. As a Delaware based company, diversity is not something valued, in my opinion.

We are sorry this is your perception of CSC. We take huge pride in our strong female leaders. Nearly half of all of our leaders across the globe are women. Also as a world-wide business leader , diversity is naturally an integral part of our culture. We are disappointed that your personal experience was not more positive. We wish you continued success in your career.

Work life balance
Cons
Compensation is below average compared to other organizations
Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.
Cons
Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion.
If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad the benefits and flexible hybrid schedule were positives during your time here.
We take the concerns you've raised seriously—around workload expectations, compensation, and internal mobility. We regularly review our compensation practices to ensure they remain competitive and reflect industry standards, and we're committed to equitable access to growth opportunities regardless of location. Every colleague, in every office, should feel supported and visible.
