Pros

Corporation Service Company is a great place to work if you are looking for a place with work/life balance and determining your career path. There are always opportunities to be involved in different aspects of the company, from the Fun Committee to being involved in major projects. Management understands the needs of working parents and provides flexibility when needed to allow you to attend a school event or appointments and make up the time elsewhere. CSC has an open and friendly work environment where everyone knows each other and it still has the feel of a small company even though its growing.

Cons

Constant change and reorganization interferes with planning and lead to confusion with new hires who think they are coming to work for one team and find the team has changed before they get here.

Pros

Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
