      Pros

      The work environment and my co-workers at CSC are two of the best reasons to work here. The people are so friendly and helpful. Whenever I need help from a co-worker, they never hesistate to assist. The benefits package and time off of work are two other great reasons to work at CSC. I have plenty of time off for vacation whenever I want to take it.

      Cons

      The only real downside that I see with working at CSC is that I don't get to work with every department. We offer so many products and services but I don't always get to interact with each area.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 at home) is nice for people who want to switch up the days they go into the office / work from home.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance! Overtime is optional, but managers try to guilt-trip you into working OT. The raise they offered was laughable, and I wasn't the only one who was insulted by it. Management is incredibly petty. I also sat through many conversations, started by a leader, surrounding politics and religion. If you're in the annual reports department, it is incredibly difficult to get out. I saw many people try to get into other departments only to be blocked each time. If you're in a satellite office, they will forget about you! They only care about the DE offices.
